General Manager and Individual Coach

25 hours – 30 hours per week.
Potential of 40+ hours depending on performance

Mostly After-school and Weekends. Must be flexible

  • To be physically able, fit and healthy
  • To believe in and display values that aligning with Firstclass Football Training, their vision and business plans/goals
  • To have a passion for individual and small group training, inspiring players displaying energy and passion on a daily basis
  • Be a technically proficient football player. Have the ability to demonstrate ALL drills, skills and techniques you coach
  • Willingness to learn and configure systems both off the field
  • Do everything in your power to add value to others. Helping as many players for-fill their their potential as you possibly can
  • Be willing to go above and beyond in order to help players, parents. Helping them as footballers and more importantly people. Displaying empathy with both players and parents
  • Display initiative, proactivity and forwards thinking. Doing everything in your power to protect and grow FCF Training LTD

Responsibilities and duties Including but not limited to:

  • Coaching Individual and Small group training sessions
  • Filming sessions
  • Social Media Content creation
  • Administration
  • Session planning and concluding
  • Application
  • Liaising and Communicating with players and parents
  • Communication frequently with the team on a daily basis
